What kinds of notifications should I expect?

Currently, we deliver notifications via email and within the app through your Activity Feed. We hope to add text and mobile notifications soon. 

On the landlord side, notifications include alerts for when a payment is initiated, when a payment succeeds, and when a late fee has been applied.

On the tenant side, notifications include:

- Rent is due in X days. -- "X" is configurable by both the tenant and landlord, but defaults to 5.
- Rent is due today.
- A late fee has been applied.

These notifications will continue to grow and you can modify which notifications you wish to receive as well as how you would like to receive them within the Alerts tab in your settings.
